Win an iPad MiniWorth Ave. Group LOVES giving gifts as much as YOU love receiving! What do you wish was in your stocking this year? Take a picture of what is on your wishlist, upload to our Facebook page, and tag 5 friends. Worth Ave. Group will pick our favorite and most creative pic to win an iPad Mini.
Make sure you 'LIKE' the Worth Ave. Group Facebook page and tag at least 5 of your friends in the photo you upload! All photos to the "Stuff your Stocking" Sweepstakes must be posted by 11:59pm CST on Sunday, December 16, 2012 to be entered in the drawing. Worth Ave. Group will announce the winner on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 12:00pm CST. So, get out there and take a photo of what you wish to see in your stocking and upload it to our Facebook page…don't forget to tag 5 of your friends in the photo!

The "Stuff your Stocking" Sweepstakes is open to all persons 18 years of age and older and citizens of the United States. All persons affiliated with Worth Ave. Group are ineligible to win the drawing. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
'LIKE' Facebook.com/worthavegroup, take a photo of what you wish to see in your stocking this Christmas, upload it to our Facebook page, and tag 5 of your friends before 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, December 16, 2012 to be eligible for the drawing. All those who 'LIKE', upload their photo, AND tag 5 of their friends will be entered into the "Stuff your Stocking" Sweepstakes.
PRIZES:
ONE (1) Apple iPad Mini will be given away.
DRAWING METHOD:
The winner will be chosen by a member of our staff and announced at 12:00PM CST on Monday, December 17, 2012.
PROMOTION PERIOD ENDS:
11:59PM CST on Sunday, December 16, 2012.
WINNER NOTIFICATIONS AND SHIPPING:
Winning participant will be contacted via Facebook messaging. Winner must supply Worth Ave. Group a picture of themselves with the prize once it has been received that Worth Ave. Group will have sole rights to post publicly. Worth Ave. Group will only ship to U.S. addresses. The prize will be shipped according to Worth Ave. Group standard practices. The winning participant is responsible for providing us with the shipping methods of their choice to receive the prize. If for any reason, the winning participant becomes ineligible or unable to receive the prize, a randomly chosen runner-up will be awarded the giveaway device.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning are based on the quantity of photos submitted to the "Stuff your Stocking" sweepstakes entry by 11:59PM CST on Sunday, December 16, 2012.
RELEASE:
By entering the "Stuff your Stocking" Sweepstakes" (Promotion), participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless Worth Ave. Group (Worth Ave. Group, LLC), their affiliates, their respective owners, and representatives from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which may arise out of participation in Promotion or out of the acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Any person deemed to be fraudulent by Worth Ave. Group will be invalid. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. Employees, officers, editors (and their immediate family and household members (whether or not related) of Worth Ave. Group, LLC (the "Sponsor"), and its divisions, participating vendors, participating advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes (Promotion). In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor's control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion.
