Ok, so back from T...small run. Only 3 cashiers and none looked promising! I paired down my run and all went well. Who knew this chick was a K1 jedi? She didn't even blink an eye or look twice at the coupons. BTW, they were 50c Propel MQ's. Testing the waters and it was enough wind in my sail to get me back to my ole Targeting ways. LJ was an angel and slept the entire time, then fussed the entire car ride home. DH said that maybe I should get him out more.

I've always wanted to own a home (still renting here), but do not see it in the near forseeable future.
I am using NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) It's a great program. To qualify you have to go to a workshop (about 2 hours). Thats it. no income qualification (well, low to moderate/medium) If you make 500,000 they probably wouldn't take you...anyway the best part is no down payment, no closing costs, no PMI insurance, and the interest rates are always 1 pt below the current rate. Today it is 4.5%. You buy any house you want, any where you want. hopefully they will take my offer and I'll be able to buy the interest rate down to 3 or 3.5.
