consist of twelve (12) daily sweepstakes random drawings held each day starting on Friday, December 14th, 2012 and ending on Tuesday, December 25th, 2012 (each day a "Giveaway Day").

open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To be eligible, entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

You must be a follower of @BostitchOffice on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/BostitchOffice to participate. Because the Sponsor will notify the winner through a direct message on Twitter, the winner must be signed up to "follow" @BostitchOffice to be selected as a winner.

For each Giveaway Day the entry period starts after @BostitchOffice initiates a tweet message starting with "RT & Follow to Win", which will be sent at a random time during the Giveaway Day. Entrants will receive an entry if they retweet @BostitchOffice the entire prompted tweet, including links (a "Qualifying Retweet"). Limit of one (1) Qualifying Retweet entry per Giveaway Day per account with www.twitter.com ("Twitter"). If an entrant sends multiple retweets from the same Twitter account on a Giveaway Day, only one (1) retweet will be counted and only one (1) retweet per Twitter account will count toward the total number of retweets.

PRIZES: The Sweepstakes prize for each Giveaway Day varies. Each prize consists of one (1) Stanley Bostitch office product and its immediate accessory or one (1) prize pack. Odds of winning in a specific Giveaway Day drawing depend on number of eligible entries received for that Giveaway Day drawing.
