Don't have much left of the 1 brain cell I haven't killed yet to give.

Sat on hold with those bastids for 25 minutes, only to have some recorded jerk come on and say they couldn't take my call at this time, please leave a message and they would get back to me. Left them the message that I wanted to see the charge on my card reversed no later than Wednesday, and left them my number and said that I also would not be returning the last shipment for the inconvienience they caused me.

JMO.......no matter what you tell them or what they say, you will see that charge on your bill next month, unless you go another route to stop them

kick ass and take names Gilligan * fans the pheromones*..altho you may have the best result by contacting your credit card company and inform them of the activities of fraud..orrrrr.. swing by and pick me up and we'll go light a bag of dog poo on fire and place it on their CEO's door step

I just cleaned the back yard on Sat and have a surplus of poo..

I would have answered sooner, but was in the middle of sending them a scathing email

with the screen shot I took. You may be right but I will give them until Wednesday to make it right, then I'll loose the hounds on 'em.

Gill you don't need to they know all about it. I got through today after an hour and 10 minutes I was caller 72 when I started. All you have to do is say I purchased the $.01 starter kit from (reddit) thats the key word. I said that and the lady said "all I needed was that word I'll take care of it" Have your original order number give it to them, he/she will credit you back and stop future shipments. It's just their original site it set for the shipment with the penny intro. Some how they got mixed together they are real nice about it and she never said what to do with the shipment when I receive it so I'll just keep it and see if I here back from them on it.
