hey all! has anyone had a vs order ship with a bad tracking number that actually arrived? Im so pi$$ed right now. All the items are oos, and it was a $250 order. They kept telling me it was fine and would be here by today, but suprise no order.Frown

Anyone return a return to VS around the 19th, I have 7 or 8 returns I did on that day and they still have not shown up in my return section. I am concerned because the girl was a newbie, and she put on the back counter all my returns and the papers, she did not even put them in the white bags.

Agree. I have a little ds, we had a BBQ and dh invited people from work, kids were invited. Well it was like my house was for babysitting or something. 4 kids running around the house, parents cared less. I had no fun. Plus I am not afraid to not be nice to other people's kids. I told the kids they had to go outside and pick up the toys and stop throwing them. At least that worked, a little. Needless to say those people aren't welcome in our home for parties. Super Bowl time they are not greeting an invite. Coverlaugh maybe that's why I don't have too many friends with kids. Lol

ack, maybe i should just keep them for exchanging, or gifting in the future. i just don't want to keep things now just because they're cheap. i also consider the space they're going to take, and that i can use that small amount of money for something else.

btw i found for the button sleeve, the deep peacock is more fitted than the orange (i think they call it pink though).

I'm getting so tired and annoyed that Express Next is so dumb. I have to call in 18 receipts! Mad Annoyed

I did make an exchange at a local Express for some tights and though they were nice, not as nice as Brea and didn't give me the tax that was due, but that's okay, I got such a great deal, I didn't mind not getting my $2 back.

Next on the other hand is a POS!!!

No, you are not wrong. I don't like kids and I find it rude for them to do that AT A GUEST'S house!! Are they close friends of yours? Is that maybe why they thought it was okay? I find that some parents just don't care how their children acts. I've just had such unhappy experiences with small children that unless they are minding their own business or sat down quietly eating or watching TV, I just can't stand it.

My returns around the 19th have been processed. When I was placing an order online, there was a stipulation that they have been having inclement weather. Mine did get processed slower than normal, so maybe that's why?

If the girl is a newbie, I've told them that I'm going to wait until I see that they packed and zipped up my stuff before I leave.

thanks - didn't realize there was size discrepancy between colors. i hate when they do that. i got a teal one and a deep purple/burgundy one. not sure what those are called.

yeah i totally forgot about it bc we got it right before we left on our trip. i'm just starting to use it now so i haven't actually received any mail there yet. he prepaid for a year and got 3 months free. they were running some kind of special. oh, and it wasn't very thoughtful as i told him to go get it for me. my DH sucks at presents - he used to be so good but now he just won't get me anything unless i tell him to go get it.

Never met the family. My husband does BBQ comps with the husband but I don't think the kids were ever there because he would have prob warned me about them.

i feel like most of the holiday employees were not trained to even look up the next account. in the past my next points would print on the receipt (but if i made more than 2 transactions it wouldn't show up in my acct). all the ones from dec did not even show my next points, which indicates that they didn't even bother to bring up my account. i didn't ask about it bc i figured i wouldn't get the points anyway.

the teal might be the peacock, so it may be really good in the small. it's almost fitted on my big tummy laugh out loud

and i thought your dh was a great gifter Teehee i think our guys just don't want us disappointed.

On the phone with Express now. This stupid CSR at first refused to take my receipt number and fix it for me because she didn't want to do it and I basically told her "what is your problem?" Because she was giving me all kinds of excuses why she couldn't do it.

Then she took my information and said that my account is only registered as a Next account and that it doesn't show that I have a A-list CC, so she said that's the problem why my store purchases weren't being credited. She's halfway through my 18 receipts and put me on hold, but just FYI for those who want to call - make sure to have them check if they have it on record that you have a Next CC or Next A-list CC

i drop big hints but even then he doesn't get it. oh well...

i didn't try on the teal one. i'll do that when i get home. either way the S works for me - i always appreciate the extra length. esp since express shirts have a tendency to shrink. i also gained maybe 4 pounds over the holiday, so sizing is weird for me right now.

i really want to use up my rewards so i can stop thinking about them. wish they would change their pricing! maybe i will go back to the store and get that peacoat. what was the new mailer we got? was it 30 off 75 or was it a worse deal?
