i feel like most of the holiday employees were not trained to even look up the next account. in the past my next points would print on the receipt (but if i made more than 2 transactions it wouldn't show up in my acct). all the ones from dec did not even show my next points, which indicates that they didn't even bother to bring up my account. i didn't ask about it bc i figured i wouldn't get the points anyway.

On the phone with Express now. This stupid CSR at first refused to take my receipt number and fix it for me because she didn't want to do it and I basically told her "what is your problem?" Because she was giving me all kinds of excuses why she couldn't do it.

Then she took my information and said that my account is only registered as a Next account and that it doesn't show that I have a A-list CC, so she said that's the problem why my store purchases weren't being credited. She's halfway through my 18 receipts and put me on hold, but just FYI for those who want to call - make sure to have them check if they have it on record that you have a Next CC or Next A-list CC

Anyone return a return to VS around the 19th, I have 7 or 8 returns I did on that day and they still have not shown up in my return section. I am concerned because the girl was a newbie, and she put on the back counter all my returns and the papers, she did not even put them in the white bags.

i think i may have a sample of that. you should check your stockpile, as it's highly likely you have the same samples that i have.

i checked mine. i have a full size. i think we got it free with any purchase.

btw i found for the button sleeve, the deep peacock is more fitted than the orange (i think they call it pink though).

thanks - didn't realize there was size discrepancy between colors. i hate when they do that. i got a teal one and a deep purple/burgundy one. not sure what those are called.

yeah i totally forgot about it bc we got it right before we left on our trip. i'm just starting to use it now so i haven't actually received any mail there yet. he prepaid for a year and got 3 months free. they were running some kind of special. oh, and it wasn't very thoughtful as i told him to go get it for me. my DH sucks at presents - he used to be so good but now he just won't get me anything unless i tell him to go get it.

I see what you are saying now. I didn't check my receipts that carefully. It looks like the ones that the manager did for me worked. OR the cashier supervisor. The 2 the temp did didn't have it. But it just stopped adding up for me. It stayed at like 1235. Ugh. How annoying. The guy doing my transaction did say to wait 72 hours.

interesting. i will have to call sometime. and i hate that some of them are like that. i've had extremely helpful csr's and also very unhelpful ones. hopefully now that the holidays are over they'll go back to being helpful again (assuming that they were just bogged down with too much volume during the holidays).

btw do y'all have a-list cc's? i mean, i was upgraded to a-list, but my cc is still the black card. are we supposed to get a replacement silver card when we're a-list?

Thanks girls. I'll look through my stash. I'm pretty sure I would have remembered, if I got the full size for free. That was a great deal. It's too bad I missed it. If I have one, it would be a sample. For some reason, I don't remember it. If it's been awhile, I may have forgotten about it.

I should have tried that color. The purple one looked awful on me. It was really soft. The peacock/teal color may have worked.

The blue speckled shirt you mentioned is probably the one DH picked up for me a few days ago. It made me look heavy, but I'm keeping it. I love the color.

You're not alone. Isn't it funny how they forget how to give nice gifts after you get married? My DH was constantly surprising me with a gift or trip, when we were dating. After we'd been married a few years, I was lucky to get anything for any occasion. It took several years of guilt trips to get him to start surprising me with nice gifts again & that's for Christmas & special occasions only. Start the guilt trips now. It will take awhile, before it sinks in.

The girl ringing me up yesterday forgot my Next card a couple times. I didn't complain, because I was getting the stuff for a steal anyway. I'm sure most of my points are from online purchases. DH probably forgot to have them use my card, when he went to the store for me. That's okay. I wanted the cheap merchandise more than the points. I hope you get your acct. straightened out. I know it's frustrating, esp. when you don't have a lot of points in the first place.

is there a trick to search their site for items that are really for sale?

i didn't try on the teal one. i'll do that when i get home. either way the S works for me - i always appreciate the extra length. esp since express shirts have a tendency to shrink. i also gained maybe 4 pounds over the holiday, so sizing is weird for me right now.
