I think I'll use my $90 express reward and whatever the reward is this month on new stuff. I'm tired of the winter. I want some new spring dresses now. I have plenty of tops already Teehee!

where's your stuff? did they charge you and refund you. i'd take the gift card. you probably will never see the stuff if it's already oos.

you can still keep the gc if the order ever shows up too!

i'm starting to worry i won't get to use it on anything!

i don't even WANT anything at this point. i'm waiting for pants to go on sale so i can use my rewards on some pants i had already ordered.

yup stuff isnt tracking, never has been. I told them that awhile ago while they could have placed a new order and they wouldnt. Said these orders always show up. Im so peeved. Im getting not a single thing. im seriously thinking about shreading my card

The one I have now expires in feb. I think more spring will be on near the end of jan!

I would take the gc and hope for it to show up. I have had things that never tracked on UPS until after it was delivered.

A long time ago, I got upgraded from the basic to the highest tier and got a new card automatically reflecting my CC tier. You should call the CC company and have them send you out the right card. nod I don't think it matters because your account has the correct tier, but just to be safe, you know Smilie

Usually I don't care about the small amount of points, but I'm concerned I won't make A-list for next year with this stupid limit they are imposing now and I haven't had a person explain to me clearly if my status will continue if I don't meet the minimum or I will be dropped down. My old Express CC and points was fine and I never got dropped down a tier when I didn't shop with them too much a couple years back.

So every point counts! With all my small store purchases, I still ended up spending OOS ~$60

I hope you get this resolved. It really sucks to be in that situation. When VS ticked me off this one time, I stopped ordering for a good 5 months and I haven't picked up how much I used to order again unless it's SRC time shake head

my larger one (60) expires 1/26. hopefully there are some new sales before then. it will suck tho, bc i want to try stuff on before ordering with a reward.

did they not offer to refund you the order amount? imo that is all that they are required to do - anything in addition to that is nice of them. i believe they did this for me once when an order was not received after the 'receive by' date.

stuff gets lost sometimes. that just happens. it sucks, but it's not like they intentionally lost it. Dontknow i know it's infuriating tho, considering it's such a large order and the stuff went oos. but again, it's not like they did it on purpose.

I am about to blow up! There are a ton of charges on my VS CC from B&M purchases that I did not make. The few I did make are not there. I am a ticking time bomb.
