I think I just got really lucky. I returned over $300 worth of stuff on Saturday, and my account never went negative. Granted, I had to call to get many of the points in the first place. Their system is so screwy.

My online return that was processed last Wednesday never deducted. So weird.

It's so weird. I wish my point page would update. I know they didn't deduct because my points never decreased. I just can not keep up with them like I would like to.

this happens to me too. i mean, mine wasn't $300 worth, but small amounts adding up to under $100. but the ones from BF that never showed up on their own didn't get deducted when i returned, while the ones that did earn points were deducted.

i'm pleasantly surprised that at least they're not deducting points they never gave. i couldn't keep it all straight and didn't get points credited for a lot of those orders so i was dreading returning them.

do yall think it has to do with the person doing the transaction. if they take the time to look it up or not?

no, it depends. i think all the BF ones were messed up kuz they take longer to process (the system takes longer to bring up the order) and then even though my a-list stats show up on the return receipt the points don't get taken off. it was the same person doing all my returns last weekend and only 2 of them showed up negative on my acct (ones from recent clearance orders).
