oh yes, my spreadsheet has a lot in it - i list out all the #s i can (the item # is the most important thing, next to order number! i search my email using item # and sometimes color #), plus the date so i can have a formula that calculates whether i'll get MC or refund. plus i have an adjustments column so i'm not blindsided if i get a return email that has some adjustment on there.

scanning was better, but i got tired of it bc my scanner at home is a flatbed so it's a lot of manual scanning.

damn. i placed 2 orders at express already, and i think i'm about to place a 3rd for coats for DH. boooo! that means i'll have to get them to manually add the pts again. Facepalm why do i always do this??
