I have some express returns too bagged up. I may go later. I don't know if I can deal with ds today at the mall. I want to get some returns processed. I sent back a big box yesterday but that will take awhile.

isn't that normal, the 6 receipts? whenever i'm doing my returns i give them one so they can get started and then i line up the others on the counter with invoice & items on top so that each order is separate. the ones who are used to doing online returns do it pretty fast. i'm just glad i don't have CM returns left bc those for some reason take a REEEALLY long time for their system to look up.
