i would LOVE for them to fix their points system.

i need to send back 2 pairs of shoes. i didn't know that you can't return them to store. they told me to use the shipping label bc it's free on shoes, but i wasn't sure about clearance so i called and they confirmed that it's free returns on all shoes, even clearance. they're packed and just need to be dropped off at the post office.

i ordered these when they came BIS in 7 and they are sooooo cute....

but i think they just may kill me. laugh out loud they're like 5" heels with a platform. i can't function in that unfortunately. Frown

I just wish I could balance my account. I don't really mind them not deducting returns all the time. I do wish I could see where the points are coming and going from.

how long do you think it takes for in-store activity to show up? i assume my returns on sat in store will show up since the guy that did them was an expert (which made the process nice since he knew what he was doing and it went faster). he was advising the other guy who was more of a noob while waiting for my orders to load - like he told the other guy that you always have to look up the next acct, even if you have a cc - it's not automatic.

anyway, we'll see. i still have some points from online orders that need to be added, and some store receipts as well. i can't believe how much i've been buying from store this clearance round! that other store that's farther away (in the mall with the limited) has a pretty good clearance section - i even found 2 pairs of the ivory cords in 4 there!

yes but i still have the $60 reward, and i wanted to exchange a dress in the store. i'm planning to use the reward in the store too so hopefully they have a good selection when there's a sale.

eta: i think most people are satisfied with a coupon or a sale, so i think express's business is still doing good. they're probably eliminating customers like us that do coupon and sale.

I'm not sure about the time frame. Maybe someone knows who can see their list online. That's why I think sometimes points don't get deducted. I think they're lazy and don't want to find the next account. Just a theory.

omg you'd be soooo tall in them! i was having a really hard time walking in them, but i think i'm just not used to the height. the pair that i got had a weird scratchy seam on the left shoe also, that would rub up against my ankle. i know if i wore them it would rub my ankle raw.

super cute and a steal for $20. i had been eyeing them for a really long time, but i just don't think i would wear them. maybe if i put something on that scratchy seam, and then some insoles... but i'm more of a 7.5 and the 7 are just right and would prob be too snug if i put insoles in. besides, i'd only wear them for girls night out and all my girl friends are at least 2 inches shorter than me... so i already tower over them in regular heels. my DH is 3" taller than me so i'd tower over him if i wore them out... *sigh* so cute tho.

i see i see - you could try to find more stuff on clearance... that's what i've been spending my $ on. i wonder if they'll let me return/rebuy. there's quite a bit that i'll be keeping from clearance.
