DH finally tried on the coats i ordered for him. apparently their mens sizes run HUGE also... he was swimming in the M. i guess he needs a S... wish i had known that when i ordered bc there was a coat i was interested in that only had a S. now it's gone. oh well.

Yea, I am pretty tall in them. I'll probably be a little taller than DBF in them. I had to put insoles in mine to make them more bearable. They're not the most high quality shoes...but I've been admiring them since they were full price. I don't mind tall shoes, though. I have two pairs of guess Verna [dsw.com] shoes that are pretty much my go-to's for going out, and those make me pretty tall.

I want to retry the gathered skirt too http://www.express.com/print-gath.../index.pro I remember somebody here likes it. I would too if it looks as neat as in the pic irl. The volume is too much for me. Maybe it needs to be stored flat a bit?

Seriously, they're so cheap that even if you only wear them a couple times, you'll break even.

Those verna pumps are surprisingly comfortable. I'm hoping that they come out with non-patent ones after winter so I can get a pair to wear at all of the weddings I plan on attending within the next couple months.

they look comfortable, but i can tell they won't work for my foot. i have a weird high maintenance foot. laugh out loud my 3rd toe gets crushed in any shoe that is closed and isn't square. it sucks - i prefer peep toe for this reason. it's pretty sad - so many shoes that would normally be very comfortable kill my toe bc of this. Frown
