Weird...I just had about 600 express points...and now I have 0. Is anyone else's account showing 0 points?

weird. Mine is exactly 0.

It could have very well been a return...or a LOT of returns for that matter...but my rewards are still there.

I don't care about losing the 600 points, but I would rather them not take all of my rewards...oh well. I'm just surprised it's exactly 0 and not a negative balance or something like that. Oh well.

very strange. if it makes you feel better it seems like their site is updating or something. i'm trying to reorder a coat for DH and i can't check out.

i don't think they would take your rewards.

Has anyone had any experience with a Wet/Dry Straightener? It is supposed to eliminate blow drying. I purchased one for my vaca because I don't want to take my MaxiGlide and a blow dryer. It seems light. I hope it works well.

Eh, I have a Hai wet/dry. It had great reviews on folica, and I got it from this big trade secret sale. It doesn't save me much time, but my hair is really easy to flat iron and isn't very thick. It's more efficient for me to just blowdry my hair and then use a flat iron. The results are better for me that way as well.

Thanks Reds. It was an impluse buy at CVS (clearance + Extra Bucks + vaca = I'll take it). I cannot afford the space in my carry-on to bring my MaxiGlide, InStyler, and a blow dryer. Hopefully it will work out. If not, I'll just go natural and let my hair stylist deal with the consequences when I get back.

Sorry to her about unreliable Big. Glad he is not the "one".

Yup, it looks like express knocked me down to 0 points after giving me all of my rewards. 535 points was nothing to lose...ridiculous.

Finally, I bought the wool alpaca sweater because I needed something for about $20 with an exchange only receipt that I got a price adjustment on. I bought it because it was there, and I bought it a size too big. Surprisingly, I love it. I think I'm going to leave it in my office for when I get cold. It's big enough where I could wear it over something, and the design is slouchy enough where it lays really well over other layers. It's also REALLY soft and comfortable. Not sure if any of you other girls run as cold as I do, but I figured I would mention it. It's one of my favorite express purchases recently, which really surprises me, considering the fact that I was thinking about returning it...
Thanks for the review. I was curious about that sweater.

Thanks, that's much better. hug Now I can just think about sending that model some shampoo every time I go to the site. Teehee That's much better than feeling nauseated every time I see the home page. shake head

i ordered these when they came BIS in 7 and they are sooooo cute....

but i think they just may kill me. :l ol: they're like 5" heels with a platform. i can't function in that unfortunately. :

Those are sexy.

I just wish I could balance my account. I don't really mind them not deducting returns all the time. I do wish I could see where the points are coming and going from.
Me too.

DH finally tried on the coats i ordered for him. apparently their mens sizes run HUGE also... he was swimming in the M. i guess he needs a S... wish i had known that when i ordered bc there was a coat i was interested in that only had a S. now it's gone. oh well.
Express men's clothes are impossible to guess on. My DH wears a 32/34 in most jeans. In Express, he needed a 30/34, & they were a little loose. He didn't like the slim cut, so it didn't end up being an issue. I'm glad to know the coats run big too. I'll know to size down for DH. DS, OTOH, usually wears S tops & sweaters. The S coats I bought him for Christmas fit perfectly, so you never know what to order. Confused

Quote from red333 :
Yea, I am pretty tall in them. I'll probably be a little taller than DBF in them. I had to put insoles in mine to make them more bearable. They're not the most high quality shoes...but I've been admiring them since they were full price. I don't mind tall shoes, though. I have two pairs of guess Verna [dsw.com] shoes that are pretty much my go-to's for going out, and those make me pretty tall.

He sent me a text saying, "Thanks for understanding. We can add this to my list of cancellations." My response was, "It's okay. You are maintaining your status as the least reliable person I know."
Good for you! He probably did you a favor. Now you know he hasn't changed, & you won't be tempted to fall into that trap again. hug

Those Guess shoes are great & really reasonable. Too bad they don't come in my size.

I got a response from express cs about the missing points. I'm so glad they got to me now instead of earlier before the rewards posted - i'm getting 11k more points! :woo t2:

*edit* they already posted!! i'm at 13k points now! :woo t2:
