Review: Drop Waist Fit and Flare Dress [express.com] I loved this dress the moment I saw it online, and once I ordered it, I couldn't decide. I ordered this dress in a 2 and a 4, which are my usual dress sizes. Honestly, i can't decide what I think of the drop waist. It sort of flares out on the bottom but makes me look sort of flabby in the middle. My tummy is definitely not flabby. It just came BIS in a size 6. I'm going to try that one, since maybe this dress just needs to be a little bigger. I'm also holding onto the 4. The 2 went back. It fits almost exactly the same as the 4 but is about an inch shorter. This dress is actually really short. It's seems much shorter on me than other express dresses, but perhaps this is an illusion with the drop waist. I'm still very undecided.

Did anyone else try this? Did anyone fall in love?

I did try it. I'm undecided too. I think the fabric is a little thick and that makes it weird.

ds is fine. by 9:30 he was wanting to go to school and wanting to run around. dr said to take it easy but that's harder than it sounds with my ds laugh out loud.

so i guess someone with a self-proclaimed flabby tummy shouldn't even bother trying it huh? Coverlaugh if i see it in store i'll try it on but i will prepare to be disappointed. thanks for the review!

some more fitting room photos:
1) i found another hi-lo dress similar to the black and blue one, except instead of the solid blue skirt they used the red print that they also made into a tank and the stupid peplum tank that doesn't fit anyone. this was in XS and didn't fit me that well up top (too tight).
2) same dress from the side
3) interesting tank [express.com]
4) tank from back (don't mind my bra straps)
5) my new coat! heart it. just not sure where to wear it as i don't do much other than go to work and go to the mall. Coverlaugh
