interesting. doing that shows the manual adjustments, but the last order i got automatically credited for was 2/18. so i'm still missing a bunch (i may have made 3 or more orders on some of those days tho. but not all).

Last I got was the tick tock orders. I'm missing one from the 24th. Plus I made 2 today. I didn't go back far though. I'm not because it would be tons of trouble. Just going to start watching from now on!

i didn't get any tick tock points. possibly bc i made 3 orders that day. Facepalm i haven't gotten anything after that either, and i've placed a bajillion orders.i have 5 orders after the 3 on tick tock day that all have not gotten any points online. this is ridiculous that i have to keep asking for my points. Mad

hmmmm maybe it's a chrome thing... i will try placing my orders in ff from now on to see if it fixes it. i never considered that to be an issue before...

however there have definitely been orders placed in chrome where i automatically got my points. that's my main browser. i still think the main issue is the 3 orders a day thing. it's not my fault their clearance stuff comes in and out of stock!

I got points for my 3 orders on tick tock. None for the 2 orders the day after. I called about those. Said they will be credited tomorrow, if not, they will do it by hand.

the 3 orders/day doesn't work for me ever. every time i've placed at least 3 orders in a day the points have not shown up. it's definitely a rule for my account.

i'm thinking it could be because my next account is new while you guys have had yours for awhile. otherwise, i just have a bad acct. laugh out loud i emailed about a few orders but they haven't responded. now i have more orders to add to that. laugh out loud it's frustrating tho! i mean, i'm glad you guys don't have my point problems, but still... it gets pretty frustrating when i have to email them about virtually every single order. it's like why bother... i almost want to start with a fresh acct to see if maybe that would help.

Oh man that really sucks. I had thought that was only the issue for you for in store orders not online as well. I can see how this is frustrating. I don't think they did a good job going about this Next program. Could've been rolled out a lot better. It's like none of them shop at Express and don't know the horrors of not getting credited properly shake head

last time i called they told me that if i place 3 or more orders then i should just call them 5 days after to get credited. Blink as if i want to call them every time i place multiple orders!!! Confused Annoyed
