Maybe my expectations are too high? I gave them a whirl again. Not too bad as I remembered. The cushion is soft. Was the leather outside as soft as the insole cushion?

I forgot which one of you gals mentioned it, but Amazon sure does refund fast! I dropped something off at UPS store and I'm guessing it got picked up and I received a refund email!

Also got tulip dress in xs. Fit is much better. The sleeves fit my arms better whereas the s has baggy sleeves. Guess I need xs in that dress.

I think they've changed it so it's one type of coupon per acct. now I'm getting 3014 is invalid.

That crossed my mind when you said it doesn't work when you're signed in.

Also, I entered the long code from the booklet and it worked. However, entering only the last 4 digits 3014 works too!!!!

ETA: That's why I was using a mailer code couple days ago when I first started noticing coupon doesn't work anymore and it doesn't accept it saying promo xxxx is invalid, showing only the last 4 digits instead of all of them!

Guess I can give them away then.

Secret if 3014 doesn't work for you, try 3004. Some of my booklets end in that.

yup! that's what the last 4 of the mailer code is! exp sucks! we need to find another store!

yeah, but this is substantial limitation for us deal hunters. if they have one tier a week, we have to make sure that one order we place for the week is the best possible configuration. then the once a month mailer Facepalm this also discourages us buying multiple sizes to just try on because it decreases coupon value OMG
