For those who have recently done VSD returns instore, if you paid with a gc, how are you refunded..with a gc? It was always a check when it was processed at VSD....I liked that!

I liked how if I had too many gcs, by ordering online and returning, you could cash them out. But now unless you send them in with those free return labels, I am guessing you just get gcs back.

I like being able to convert my gc's to cash or a cc credit too. I bet stores give you a gift card but idk.

Are all stores processing the credit immediately now? It's been about 4-6 weeks since I returned online to the store.

I never had this wonderful problem, so I text my ex-SO to ask him. Longer than 30 days, they usually suggest a temporary change of address. The manager of said PO can allow a Hold longer than 30 days. I think it depends on the size of the PO. If you want to try the longer Hold, he said call your PO and ask for the manager.
