xs is great bc it's open air (so no dealing with smoking etc) and you can dip your feet in the pool when it's 1000 degrees out. it's ginormous which i love. the problem is, you can also drop stuff in the pool. laugh out loud my friend lost a phone that way...

i've actually gotten in free a couple of times but you need to know someone and/or someone has a table. we were lucky once bc a friend texted a vegas friend who was hosting a bachelor party there... so we got in with their table. Smilie xs doesn't do guest lists for sat nights supposedly, so you need to REALLy know someone to be able to get comped. most of the other ones do guest lists but you generally have to wait. my friend got us into tryst without waiting kuz he knew someone... it was great kuz i saw a friend waiting in line while we were on our way in, and we got them in too. laugh out loud

Are you trying to tell me something? Stick Out Tongue I'm a shut-in most of the time, but not because I'm paranoid. I only go out, when there's a special reason to. If I go out every day, my body starts to get fatigued & I get ligament tearing that's irreversible. To be paranoid I'd have to watch the news. It's too depressing for me. I get what little news I know about from DH, you girls, or AOL, when I log on to check my email.

They're flagging for cancelling backorders? I have a couple orders with 2 back orders each. I was thinking of cancelling the 2nd backorder, when the first ships, to avoid the shipping charge. Otherwise, I didn't plan to cancel anything. It sounds like it's a no win situation. This makes me want to shop at VS even less.

Now that I think about it, they already shipped the GWPs. I may be charged shipping for both back orders on each order. Annoyed

I always pack everything I want to. For my most recent 17day trip, I packed over 20 bras & 2 pair of panties per day. I also packed at least 2 outfits for each day & sometimes more. I do the same with shoes. That's common for me. Sometimes, I feel sorry for DH. Embarrassment He just figures out a way to handle all the bags. By now, he knows I'm
not going to change. At this point, I don't think he'd want me to. He also likes having fresh clothes for morning & evening. Unlike most of you, I don't do a whole lot of shopping on vacay. What we leave with is usually pretty close to what we bring home. That helps a little.

you can be... ppl have reported about that and they seem to be cracking down on it. they got rid of the automated direct line to backorders... last time i called it it went straight to cust serv.

howdy! now that it's almost summer, work is "slower" and I can be active in this chat thread again! I've caught up reading the last 20 pages or so.

@Porda: I felt the earthquake too... my co-worker and I were sitting and then we were like whoa... luckily, it was only 2-3 seconds.

@Everyone: What do yall think of the Incredible sports bra? I think it's pretty new, but looks really sturdy. I'm waiting for it to be "on sale." Anyone bought it and can provide a review?

Also, anyone know if Express is doing any additional x% off clearance in stores?

i must say - as nice as it is to have jcp ship to store, their system sucks... i have to keep checking to see if my item is at the store. how about adding an email notification?! seems intuitive enough... you already have our email... seems easier to send an automated email rather than have someone call you personally!

in any case, it looks like 2 orders are at the store but i haven't gotten calls yet. my last order (using 10/10 coupon - free sweater) is "pending shipment"... not sure if that means it will actually ship.
