For those who like the fit & flare dresses,

This plain cotton skater dress http://www.express.com/clothing/s.../cat840005 didn't look good on me at all. I also have it in purple. For some reason, the purple one looked much better. Confused I got this one for $12.++ to wear at the beach. I'm not sure I like it good enough to spend even that much. When I try it over a swimsuit, I'll decide for sure.

I also recently got this color block skater dress. http://www.express.com/clothing/c.../cat550005 I love it. It's much more flattering than the cheaper dresses. I'll wear this one to dinner with a black belt. The others would be for the beach only.

FrownI havent ordered in a long time because of their crap. I called to see if they were ever going to stock the pink lace racerback tanks in a large (havent seen them in stock ever), and they kept telling me to check the website, I could order from there. Uhh.. not if they dont have them.... Im very over themCensored

Yeah, the skater dress looked like crap on me too. I didn't even buy it when I got the chance to try it on in store shake head

Forever Sexy Unforgettable Tankini in black http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...=ay-306380 has sooooo much fabric. It's ruched on the sides as well as the front. It looks more like a shaping swim top. This is very disappointed, because it's so cute online. I may try to size down to see if that helps, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Frown

Forever Sexy Ruched Halter Tankini http://www.victoriassecret.com/sw...earch=true in white. I haven't tried it on yet. It appears to be see through. My skin is so fair that it may not even be noticeable, if it is. Stick Out Tongue It's much shorter than the Unforgettable & has much less fabric. Hopefully, this one will fit, so I can have at least one new suit for the weekend. I ordered the lemon swim bottoms to go with it.

The others were swim bottoms. I haven't tried those on yet either. The striped, ruched hipkini bottoms http://www.victoriassecret.com/sw...earch=true Porda recommended at the beginning of the sale/certificate madness are adorable. heart The clear sequins are barely noticeable. It's just enough to give them sparkle w/o seeing where it's coming from.

The color block version is much more flattering & nicer for just a little more money. DS's GF looked great in the solid, salmon color I bought her though. It's odd how some of the solid colors look better than others. Dontknow

i heart that colorblock one you linked with the black/white/red! it looks like that black/white/blue one that's not stretchy. what size did you end up getting?

Did you try the strapless on? I ordered the regular, but I didn't like the color so I didn't take it out the bag. The strapless was a winner for me.

I have that style in XS & S. Both fit fine, but I feel more comfortable in the S. I can see me wearing it more, because I feel like the XS is too form fitting. It shows flaws, & the S doesn't. I wish I wouldn't have let my DH talk me into keeping & wearing the XS.
