* 2 months vacay... will be mostly in the beach or the mall... i'm more comfy with wearing long bottoms most of the time, shorts in the beach. weather: hot or rainy or flooding.
* mostly be wearing jeans and shorts for bottoms, and tops... i'm bringing a few dressy and casual dresses in case we are going somewhere special.
how many:
(1) tops
(2) jeans (full and ankle-length)
(3) shorts
(4) pairs of shoes, and which kinds? i'm planning to bring heels but i might need it only once. maybe i'll just use flats, like the blustery in black, this will be paired with the lace 2-in-1, the fitted white top with black lace with ruched black bottom, that magically gave me a waist. (would blustery be ok??)

1. Tops - I think nerdi and porda got it down right here. Light breezy tops. I hate sweating so mine were mostly cotton ribbed tanks. And a handful of tees. So 14-20 will be enough.
2. Jeans - agree with nerdi, no long jeans. 2 pairs of capri or knee/ankle length. But I would only bring 1 pair of jeans. The rest would be khaki or cargo pants material. Jeans take up too much room and are too heavy. I wore jeans maybe once. And usually at night, if we went out at night. But I'm not sure if you're worried about mosquito bites?
3. Anywhere between 5-7 pairs. I lived in shorts in that kind of weather.
4. I think 1 pair of heels is okay. Not sure if you're thinking pumps or peeptoes. Otherwise, I would go for strappy heels or wedges for that one night you'd need it. Anything strappy and not closed toed. I would probably bring 2-3 pairs of staple sandals. In case one breaks with too much walking. You'd want back up.
