I should try your layering technique with the shadow first, then liner. I found that's my only use for the black shadows UD sends in their palettes is to set and blend my liner.

I've got sparse eyelashes so anything dragging through sounds like it would create thickness!
I have been trying to tightline, but I've had a difficult time, not sure if it's because when I do do it, lashes are just falling out left and right and not sure if losing the few eyelashes I have is worth tighlining? Plus, I'm usually in a rush, so I figured no point really, right? It only really looks good if I do it slowly and not when I'm pressed for time

Ahh. Yeah. It drags through them and then flakes off. Have you tried Latisse? My friend got me some and I don't want to use it on my lashes b/c apparently it can change your eye color... I might try it on my eyebrows tho
Oooh tightlining! I haven't been able to do it . When I've tried, the liner seeps into my eye juice and I see it floating around :mess:

Update on the camping trip with newlywedszilla: After we got back last month, trip expenses were tallied and divided it up amongst everyone. We never heard anything from them, but finally got a check in the mail on Friday. Now get this...not only is it 2 weeks late, it's also $50 short
They also said they didn't feel like they were being heard during planning and therefore hesitated to speak up during the trip. WTF? They wouldn't shut up and roll with anything, the whole trip was a constant fight with their nagging. If that's hesitating to speak up, then I'd hate to see no hesitation.

v-neck camis - i'm keeping them bc i like not having the shelf bra, but i was hoping it would be like the v-neck cami without shelf bra from last year - they had a satin trim and were rayon or something... a very comfy material. this new one is a bit clingy like you said. oh well - it's only going on underneath stuff anyway - i can deal.
also, i think you recommended the wine-chilling bar that goes inside bottle of wine... there's one over at livingsocial right now and with the 10 off 15 code for today it's only $9 shipped. no idea if this company/brand is any good but it's a great deal! just FYI.. the code makes the deal. (also discover cb if you have it is 10%)

I've tried different eyelash enhancers/growers, but if it makes my eyes feel like they're burning, not sure if that's worth it?
Yeah, I've had eyeliner in my eye juice and eyeshadow in my eye juice as well
I've never used a pen liner before. That might solve the problem.
that's one of my favorite skirts from express. our sizing disparity is so weird! i have the 0 and it fits me - 2 was way big on me. strange how shorts fit us the opposite way with me liking the 2. the 0 skirt turns for me... but it's ok - i just pull it down a bit and it's not as bad.
i don't find it short for me.
