Hi girls, earlier I said 20% addl off pink but I went to another vs and pink store but my pink purchase wasn't addl 20% so it may be that my first store just marked the pants incorrectly at 24.99 when they should have marked 19.99. Unless it is a ymmv thing...so thought I'd mention it just in case anyone was counting on the addl 20%

Also if anyone is near westfield fashion square in Sherman oaks the lingerie baby doll selection is ridiculous....n the pink store is so tightly stocked! I went out of my way to go today for vsx but slim pickings!

Phew! Swamped work day, looks like I will only be checking SD when I get home thus far. Need to figure out how to escape for a bit on my breaks!

So far job is good. Lots of walking. I finally figured out a short cut through a parking structure to get to the building in 10 min instead of 15. I think the IT guys probably think I'm dumb because I couldn't log-on to multiple things in my computer and Outlook was the new version and I guess I'm not used to the settings

People walk really quietly and they just kind of creep up on me. Definitely won't be using the company computer to browse since I'm not really cool with IT (yet) like I was at my old job.

Debating how to walk in flats with long pants! I want to change into flats when I walk to and from the lot to the office, but my pants all need heels I may probably do a return or two on a Friday or a day I can wear flats since it is darn close! I don't know what to wear on Fridays since we can't even wear jeans. I don't have other work appropriate bottoms except work pants and/or skirts

I'm probably doing a lot of what you're doing/have done. It's a lot to learn especially since I'm kind of doing a 180 on my career. I hope I will catch on quickly. Lots of new terms and EVERYTHING to learn. I'm afraid I won't catch on fast enough, but hopefully that won't be the case. Hopefully I won't have so much to fear as the week goes on.

I leave at 4:30 to somewhat beat the traffic. hehe I would die if I did returns after work. I like being home early

Maybe you can wear tennis shoes until you're near work n then change? I see people do it with flip flops too. They carry them in little paper gift bags.
