No good can ever come of it.
Plenty bad can.
It works out best if both people can pretend the exes don't exist as much as possible.
Obviously, this is sometimes unavoidable.. there's shared custody,etc.. but still do your best to make both exes as invisible as possible

I guess you pick good bf too.. most people get super annoyed about ex talk.
I really didn't care if someone talked about their ex in moderation, didn't care if they were friends or whatever.
But as a general rule.. it's kind of like talking about religion and politics..best avoided among most people (maybe 5% of the population can discuss those topics maturely)
