We had massive issues in ours.. the subfloor needed replaced, the waste lines were not at proper draining angle (causing clogs), the joists were cut to almost only 1" in places
etc, etc.. I am going to flog the building inspector that passed this house if I ever find him..
Anyhow, so much work needed to be done, I redid the entire layout..
I worked on it nights and weekend, it took about 6 months to get it usable again, and about 9 months to totally finish.. Now granted, I had other stuff in life going on, but it takes a long time.
I guess I was pretty naive going into that project

I've thought about getting an android device for my TV, but the quality seems so hit and miss.. I really don't want to be in for another headache. I think I'm just going to plug in an old PC to the upstairs TV.. As much as I hate windows.. better to go with the devil you know

It's definately too rich for more than a little for me but my dad will like it
and if F1's mention of mouth hugs didn't get me in the mood, how would a pizza delivery guy do the trick? i'm either gonna get the middle-aged balding grossly obese guy who delivers pizza as a second job to help him pay alimony and child support to his ex-wife. or if i'm lucky, i'll get the highschool punk who smokes like a chimney while he's out making deliveries. that means i open the door and receive a nice cloud of stale cigarette smoke along with my pizza.
