Arya is my absolute favorite with Jon Snow a close second. Tyrion is exactly as you say, an awesome literary piece and you never, ever know what's coming next from him.
Bronn is also a favorite and I actually use the guy from the HBO series that plays Bronn as my loose model for Lan, as far as looks go.
