Kids that are home-schooled are usually just indoctrinated with a different flavor Wink2
Public school isn't that bad if parents teach their kids to think critically.

According to Eric Holder, the parents can teach their kids anything they want as long as the kids attend 22 to 26 hours of school a week. I suppose we can tell Jews that they can be Kosher all they want as long as they eat pork one meal a week.

Our goal in HSing is not just to teach our kids what we think we should learn, but to keep them from learning things that we don't think they should learn. Instead of teaching my kids evolution and sex ed, I can teach them the theories of creative design and evolution for science and health instead of sex ed. And as far as indoctrination goes, most of our kids' learning is done on their own. They are allowed to pick any book they want from the library and learn it. They don't really do any more than 2 hours a day of actual school work (math, science, spelling, grammar, etc.). The rest of the time is free time to read.

Oh I don't doubt it's factual, but the REAL account of Genesis from the Hebrew language doesn't have anything that would negate many of the scientific principles which have been proven as law.
