It can't be the kids. He buys cars, tinkers with them, talks about gas mileage and stuff, then goes through a hassle and a half trying to sell them. Then he buys more cars, tinkers with them, talks about driving around the country in them like a hippie with his hair blowing in the breeze, then he changes his mind and goes through a hassle and a half trying to them! Right now I have one per driver. This one would probably get double the MPG of my current DD, and I like having a backup for when one of the others is down for maintenance.

OK serious question here:

what's the chances that Honda Financial will let me skip a monthly payment? i took out the loan in April 2009, i've been enrolled in EasyPay since Day 1 so every single payment was autodrafted and on time, and i have 15 payments left until the loan is paid off - it was a 5 year loan.

my reason for asking is that i've been unsuccessful finding work, i've been without a job for 5 weeks now, my severance ends in a month, and my car payment is $567/mo.

before you shit your britches and ask why the hell my payment is so high, let me go ahead and explain laugh out loud i was married when i took out the loan. i had Preferred Buyer status, received 3.9% financing, and was not required to put any money down. since i was returning a Honda lease at the time that i was purchasing my car, it was helpful that i didn't have to put money down. i got a 4 year extended warranty, and that plus all other associated new car costs were added into the amount that i financed, which was around $29k. so a 5 year loan at 3.9% came out to a helluva lot per month, but it didn't matter because i was married, he paid almost all of the bills, i made really good money, and i could afford the monthly payment.


now, words words words....will Honda Financial help me out?

yeah, i make uncultured homestyle vegan cheezes & make daiya type before there was daiya. daiya is merely a prefab type based on tapioca starch. if you know how tapioca starch responds when heated, then you know how it can get stringy/melty

some folks use cultures. my viewpoint is, if i can make in my kitchen, it's fair game for food i heart how i can make vegncheeze outta almost anything grain/root/bean/pasta/nut/veg/seed/fruit etc!!!
