It's hard to imagine the plugs costing over $20 each, even that seems like a stretch. I'd wonder if they plan to do the plug wires too, those probably wouldn't be covered under your warranty, and you may not need them--given your current financial situation, if they aren't causing the misfire, they'll probably last you a while longer.
You probably have a transverse mounted V6 too, that means that if it's the plugs on the back that are bad, it's probably a PITA to do those, might even require dropping the engine--which thinking about it now, could be part of the expense.

I would have them pay for any repairs that have to do with the car being low on oil. That sensor should have come on if the oil was low. My warranty just ran out on my 09 Honda, but I think I saw where you said you had the extended warranty. I hope you can take advantage of it and the faulty sensor.
