They are much cheaper at a place like Play It Again Sports or craigs list. CL is a great place to find exercise equipment.

my desk is right by the Claims department, and i just overheard one of the claims adjusters talking on the phone with a guy about property that was stolen during a recent break-in. she had to clarify 3 times with this guy that YES, the thief stole his bedding. seriously? someone broke into your house and stole sheets and a comforter?
so then she starts asking if he has receipts for the bedding, at which point he says the bedding came from Walmart two years ago and those receipts are long gone. so the claims adjuster said something about a "bedding depreciation value" and mentioned Walmart bedding that is two years old likely has no value left in it. the person got all pissed off and said it was top of the line stuff, 300 TC sheets and everything!
the claims adjuster said she'd look into it (along with the other things the guy claimed were stolen) and he said she didn't have to bother looking into the bedding because he "didn't really care for the color too much anyways".

I did get a pair of new pillows and found pillow cases to put on them. Just in case.
At this point I feel like that was a very optimistic move

I'm too much of a skeptic for the Claims department I think!
You were not being too optimistic F1. You're gonna get lucky, I can feel it. I hesitate to publicly post the date by which I believe you'll get lucky, but I will PM that date to the Queen Bee so she'll know if I'm right.
