So my washer was fine... I'm an idiot.

Step one on receiving your washer is to remove the shipping bolts and plug lots of holes with rubber stoppers. The stoppers were already there and the shipping bolts were holding the drain tube right where I thought it should be held so I didn't think they were shipping bolts so I thought that step was already completed and skipped it...

Thanks Obama!!!
