I think one of the most intriguing ones so far is "write down a bunch of random questions on pieces of paper, put them in a hat, then take turns pulling them out while having coffee".

I watch those restaurant undercover shows and one time the guy sent his food back this nasty server wiped her armpits with the bin and took it back and was Roll in the kitchen. The guy on the camera was OMG quick get the sandwich away! Abort! DO NOT EAT
