I suppose that "depends" on how one defines older...

Well, I've been lurking on SD since like 2003(Fond memories of Dell Poweredge 400 server that made a great desktop at the time)...finally started commenting on deals a couple of years ago, but only yesterday found this section. I like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain...

Yeah, but see once a man (at least this one) starts picking out and naming organs as he sees them inside his bride's abdominal cavity, the mental image of her blood is no longer 1 drop. Cold

I was in attendance at the birth of each of my sons, and even having ran Fire Rescue calls for a number of years in my 20s, I saw no need to leave my bride's side to gaze disturbedly upon the actual transition of my boys into the world...

Hey VQ,

The reason flood insurance is so confounded is this [floodsmart.gov]. The ".gov" domain should give it away, but it's run and regulated by FEMA.

Also, there's a derecho headed your way so be careful. It could flood again. The one last year knocked out power to over 4 million people. 13 people died from it and another 30 something died from the heat wave that followed.

Thanks

I'm headed to Portsmouth today but have good friends + my dad watching out for my place. I took some precautions too and shored up my defenses a bit. If it's anything like Monday there's not much I'll be able to do, but luckily there's about thirty pieces of heavy electrical equipment running in my basement, so the place should at least burn down this time! laugh out loud

We have a cold spot in the fridge and if the milk finds its way there, it freezes, so the little ones got milk slushies in their sippy cups this morning...

We don't have a cold spot in our fridge because The Rainmaker opens the fridge door and turns it to 0 (where 0 is the warmest setting and 5 is the coldest) every day. Facepalm It's a good thing raw milk doesn't go bad.

I was having issues with the ice maker a couple of weeks ago and turned the freezer down 2 degrees. That makes a difference!! And actually some spinach and celery in the crisper nearest the Ice maker door kinda froze and got crispy. I blended them Muahaha
Then I turned it down 1 degree and everything has been perfect Cloud9

F1 suggests using that pickle juice to marinate breaded chicken bulb

Comfort

What is it about the fridge and kids? El Jay likes to climb on the shelves. He's even tried shutting the door on himself. The boy bears watching!

On my first cup o' joe...things must improve and quickly!
