I wish there was a store near my house that sold freshsly made flour tortillas. The ones that are already packaged are disgusting. There's a Wal-Mart by where I used to live that caters to Hispanics and they sell freshly made flour tortillas and masa for tamales.

And I'm too lazy to make some.

I heart my kitchenaid mixer for stuff like this. The rolling out the torts is a pain in the Censored

How is it that you live in TX and you don't have a Mexi mart near by? I've been to Amarillo, Lubbock, Tulia, Plainview, Corpus Christi, South Padre, and El Paso and they are pretty much on every corner.

Bigeye You live in the only part of TX that doesn't have Mexicans, aside from you and your familia. Roll

My ex-SIL makes tortilla's by hand but I don't think she rolls them out. I believe she makes them like pancakes, just spooning the batter onto the grill.
