In any case, one of the suppliers we work with looked at the site and noticed we "don't" have a favicon, so he whipped up this silly one and it was now this big hair-on-fire ordeal because we don't have one, and it was suggested I call this guy because he has some ideas on web design... but his website looks like it was pulled straight from geocities.
I converted our .png one to .ico and it should work fine now. People.

Yes, I did this and it was no problem whatsoever. I gave all of the information to my attorney and he put it into the affidavit.
You do realize that once you file and retain an attorney she can retain an attorney and request in the settlement that YOU pay her court costs and attorney fees. Now, her finding an attorney that will take her case without a retainer is another story, so she will probably end up with some dirt bag.
I doubt FS is gonna file...I just mainly want him to be backed up in case she does with the intent of getting him to pay all the court fees, all the CS etc... If someone eventually tells her just how much she could get if she played the game right, then I want FS to be totally prepared. Hopefully it won't come to that at all and things will be settled easily in mediation.
