Hey, that's pretty good! woot

I woke up about 4:30, fell back asleep around 5:30, and woke up about 9:10.
I blame the 4:30 thing on having a Barq's root beer late yesterday afternoon.
Caffeine in the afternoon/evening is generally a no-no for this frog.

And, now the cable television's gone out. Fark.
I thought all root beer was caffeine free...turns out Barqs is not. The more you know!

Working on the kids' father's day gift for their father. Hopefully it will clear up soon and I will take their pictures to frame. With 3 kids it is easy for them to hold letters that spell dad...or ass. Roll I haven't cut the letters out yet. Evil I will also have them draw pictures of him. As much as I dislike him, it is still my duty to teach our children recognize him on holidays.

I am grateful that my mom is doing with the kids in regards to remembering me on holidays and such.

Is it wrong that there's some days when it seems like the best Dad's day present I could get is a day away from the very reasons I'm a Dad?

Older kid won't do the potty thing, but decides it's a good idea to rip off his diaper and drop a load on the guest bed comforter...

Sunkist orange soda has caffeine too. Weird.

The first time I was asked what I wanted, I said "nothing".
The second time, I decided I should come up with something and said "a TMBG record--vinyl". Probably won't get it, though laugh out loud
I have to take the kid to the store to pick up the ingredients we're missing for my mystery cake.

I just realized the $10 off $20 card I got from Old Chicago expires tomorrow. Perhaps we'll go there for dinner.

What kinda stuff do they serve there? Italian, mob-related dishes? Chicago-style pizza?

"Chicago style"
Not authentic, but still pretty tasty.
I looked it up, and the pizza I normally order is 3,800 calories laugh out loud
Guess that explains why it's hard to eat more than a couple slices.

It's a vinyl single (Montana, with Louisiana on the flip side) from one of the guys from TMBG, he did a solo album.

Between the expat Brits and all the dot Indians at my office, the break room television is quite often showing cricket matches. Attempting to compare either sport to the other is beyond impossible. Other than the fact they both throw a ball and swing a bat at said thrown ball, they have absolutely NOTHING in common.

Oh, and I did find that video enjoyable. I almost laughed.
