Do you think I'd like Dr Who? I've never watched.
I think there's a pretty good chance. I'd recommend starting with the first one of the new series, the Doctor before David Tennant. He's only there for one season, IIRC. 2005.

Ahhhh, nothing like the non-traditional marinated grilled chicken chef salad at The Landmark restaurant for a Father's Day dinner. If these damned Yorkies were truly talented, they'd have worked all week to make me something, or take me out. But, noooooooooo . . . Worthless little pieces of fluff. Roll

P.S.: Barves are playing the SF Ginats on ESPN tonight. They're not my home team announcers, but they're certainly a LOT better than the Fox national network commentators.

Shoulda been steak or ribs or something else more typically "dad".
They had a prime rib special, but I really didn't need that much.
I just wasn't that hungry, and didn't want anything that heavy.

The only thing better than scoring that run as a sacrifice, is if he'd have bunted it down and gotten a single out of it.

Dropped the girls off with their dad and then I went to my ex SIL's obstacle course for Diva night. Everyone had a partner except me, so I got stuck doing it with my SIL. I felt so slow running the course with her. I was completely out of breath and my legs felt like jelly. Next time I will bring someone with me who is just as out of shape as I am!

Afterwards there was a motivational speaker on "the journey after 30"

Anger + subtle manipulation.... Guilt mongering... Cold it was just -an experience today to step back from it. They are just really shitty on holidays, always have been.

For real? What are you, a busy executive?
Oh there's a bit of that going on here. The good thing is I attempt to have dialogue about the why's of a lot of stuff. Let's just say I'm glad I was not my grandparents' child o either side and i am very happy that my folks did so much to break cycles.

Ass, I know it is only 1 s and we don't have a witty nickname for you yet since you are new. All parental holidays are so overrated. If you were acknowledged then yee haw! If you received a gift then hot damn! Point is, don't wait until holidays to appreciate your spouse and all they do your chidren...not pointed at you but saying both moms and dads shouldn't wait all year long to show their appreciation. Ugh, I'm tired and need to go night nights beacuse I just felt like Chewy trying to vocalize an opinion. Roll

Went over to L's for dinner and to try doing a song together.
Her dog was pretty cool, I liked her.
So yeah, she did everything but stop short of saying "wanna fark?"
I don't really feel any spark there, though. Good company, though.
Over dinner she said "tell me about you", which I'm not good at, so I told her to ask questions. One of them was "are you poly?" laugh out loud

I got texts from two other girls while I was there laugh out loud
One of them was the girl I'm meeting tomorrow, the other was CB. I checked just to make sure it wasn't the kids, and did not respond while I was there.
