under normal circumstances, i'm sure the claims group would be happy to look up her policy number and see who was assigned the claim, give her a timeline, etc. but right now there are so many claims coming in that the department is swamped and doesn't have time for all that. and i'm just a grunt who answers phones with no access to the system Whistling

Our WC claim adjusters are afraid of me. If I ask for something and you don't give it to me in a timely manner, I will make sure and send you a second e-mail. Of course, I CC their supervisor the second time.

I did it on an old Windows phone (LG XV6700). Everything went great until I apparently cracked the new digitizer when I was screwing everything back together.
