Land O' Lakes Coffee Lovers Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 4/7/13

Promotion starts December 17, 2012 at 9:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends April 7, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM CT.

To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the United States (excluding Colorado and Louisiana), or Washington, D.C., be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid email address.

HOW TO ENTER & PLAY: Go to www.CoffeeLoversTrip.com, follow the instructions to log-in or register. Limit of one (1) registration per person/email address for the entire Promotion Period; if it is discovered that you have registered or attempted to register more than ONCE using multiple email addresses or multiple identities, all of your entries will be declared null and void, and any prize you might have been entitled to will not be awarded.

Limit: one (1) UPC entry per registrant per day (for a maximum of one (1) Instant Win Game play and one (1) Sweepstakes Draw entry per person per day).

PRIZES: At the outset of the Promotion, the prizes available to be won are:

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1 AVAILABLE): One (1) 6-day 5-night trip to Costa Rica for two (2) people. Prize consists of:
- round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest the winner's home within the U.S. (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor),
- one (1) double occupancy standard accommodation at an all-inclusive resort for five (5) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), and
- $1,000.00 spending money for the winner only.

Air travel must be booked and taken between May 20, 2013 and May 20, 2014. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times; parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation. If winner's guest is a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian of guest who must sign and return all required documentation. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize ("ARV"): $6,500.00/

SWEEPSTAKES SECONDARY PRIZES (80 AVAILABLE): One (1) Keurig® B44 Brewer, and two (2) Green Mountain Coffee® K-Cup® packs of twelve (12). Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize ("ARV"): $141.50.

INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES (336 AVAILABLE – APPROXIMATELY 3 PER DAY*): One (1) "coffee lovers gift basket" (includes: one (1) LAND O LAKES®-branded travel mug, one (1) Green Mountain Coffee® K-Cup® pack of twelve (12), and two (2) LAND O LAKES® coupons** for one (1) free half and half pint or quart). ARV of each Instant Win Prize: $30.00.

*The number of Instant Win Game prizes available to be won decreases as prizes are played for and/or claimed throughout the Promotion Period. INSTANT WIN PRIZES NOT CLAIMED, OR FORFEITED, WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

** LAND O LAKES® coupons expire on July 31, 2013. Due to dairy regulations, winners who are residents of the states of CA, KS, LA, MA, MN, MO, ND, NJ, NV, and PA will not receive the LAND O LAKES® coupons portion of this prize.

Limit: one (1) sweepstakes prize per person, regardless of prize category. ARV of prizes available to be won: $27,900.00.
