open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and territory of Guam who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry
Limit: regardless of entry method you may enter only once.
Prize: One (1) Winner will receive the following items/services:
A trip for one (1) winner and three (3) guests to New York. Trip includes roundtrip economy airfare for four (4) from a major airport located in the contiguous United States that is nearest to winner's residence and two (2) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of trip: $3,500.
Lunch with Deborah Lloyd the Co-President and Creative Director of kate spade new york. ARV: $500.
Dinner for winner and guests to be awarded via a gift certificate to a four-star NYC restaurant selected by Sponsor. ARV: $900.
Four (4) tickets to a Broadway show selected by Sponsor. ARV: $600.
A gift certificate for a spa manicure and pedicure for winner and guests at a salon in NYC selected by Sponsor. ARV: $500.
A kate spade shopping spree for winner and guests in NYC. Winner's shopping spree will be valued at $4,000 and each of winner's three (3) guests at $500. ARV of shopping sprees: $5,500.
A kate spade new york China for eight (8) consisting of casual or fine china place setting, in pattern of winner's choice, Stemware and Flatware sets for eight (8) to be shipped to winner by Lenox. ARV: $1,360 to $2,032.
A $1,000 Macy's Gift Card. ARV: $1,000.
Aggregate ARV of Grand Prize: $13,860 to $14,532. Prize must be redeemed by February 22, 2014.
