Only permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of overseas U.S. territories, possessions, and where prohibited) who, at the time of entry: (a) are at least the age of majority in your state of residence (19 in NE and AL, 21 in MS, and generally18 in other states); (b) are physically located and legally residing in such jurisdiction; (c) have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number and (d) have a valid email address and Internet access are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, you can obtain a code ("Code") in one of two ways: (1) by purchasing a participating Tyson® Boneless Wings Product at a Participating Retailer (each, a "Participating Product"); the Code is printed inside the Participating Product package or (2) requesting one (1) Code without purchasing a Participating Product by visiting www.TysonDigDee
ENTRY LIMIT: Each Code may only be used once. There is a limit of one (1) entry per day per Participant. Only one (1) email address may be used by a participant to participate in the Promotion. For the purposes of this Promotion, a day is understood to begin at 12:00 a.m. EST on a given day and end at 11:59 p.m. EST on that same given day.
PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period:
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for one (1) grand prize winner and three (3) guests to the 2014 NFL® Super Bowl® football game at Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey (subject to change). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize; $12,600.
One (1) First Prize: A Samsung® - 55" Class / LED / 1080p / 240Hz / Smart / 3D / HDTV Television. ARV of First Prize; $2,400.
Fifty (50) Instant Win Prizes: A $25 gift card. ARV of all Instant Win Prizes; $1,250.
The total ARV of all prizes is approximately $16,250.
GRAND PRIZE DETAILS & CONDITIONS: Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to nearest major U.S. gateway airport to 2014 NFL® Super Bowl® football game location, three (3) days and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms, double occupancy), and four (4) tickets to the football game. Specific travel arrangements and all prize details not specified herein will be made and determined in Sponsor's sole discretion.
