ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor, Meredith Corporation and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their affiliates are not eligible. TIMING: The DOLE® Salads "Live Well, Love Life" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins January 3, 2013 at 12:00:01 p.m. ET and ends February 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Limit one (1) entry per person, per day. A "day" is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on any individual calendar date during the Sweepstakes Period and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that date, except on January 3, 2013 when the hours will be from 12:00:01 p.m. ET through 11:59:59 p.m. ET and on February 28, 2013 when the hours will be from 12:00:01 a.m. ET through 11:59:59 a.m. ET.

TO ENTER: Visit the "Web site" at either www.Salads.Dole.com OR www.Facebook.com/DoleSaladGuide and click on the promotion tab. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to register and submit a short response (250 characters max) to the daily prompt to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes registration includes providing your complete name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number with area code, date of birth and e-mail address. Data rates may apply to accessing the Web site via your mobile device.

PRIZES (3,451): Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of All Prizes is $61,970.50.

PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Vermont, one Health and Wellness package, two (2) EatingWell® cookbooks, a one-year subscription to EatingWell® Magazine (for winner and guest), and $7,000 (made payable to the winner by check). Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize Package: $25,000. Grand Prize winner and guest must be able to travel between 6/1/13 and 9/30/13 or trip will be forfeited in its entirety, subject to Sponsor's sole discretion. Blackout days apply.
