Most items are not 90% off; in electronics at least. For example it will be listed under 90% off category, normal price 10.99, sale price 8.99 (definitely no 90% off). And on top of that the 8.99 price can be easily beat by a google search.
Many products are on sale, however, so be sure to check the various links. There are definitely some really good deals!

(the only exceptions to that rule would be when it's sold and shipped by a very reputable, long established company that sells on Amazon, like Adorama or B&H).
