Two Ways to Enter:
1) Facebook: During the Promotion Period, visit facebook.com/dixieproducts and do all of the following to receive one (1) entry: a) click on the "Photo Sweepstakes" tab; then b) follow the instructions provided to complete the registration form and upload a digital photo (hereafter, "Photo") of a prepared meal plated on Dixie or Dixie Ultra plates; or
2) Mail-In: To receive one (1) entry without submitting a photo: During the Promotion Period, neatly hand-print or type your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, daytime telephone number (including area code), email address (optional) on a plain piece of paper and mail in an envelope with proper postage for receipt by 2/4/13 to: Dixie What's On Your Plate Sweepstakes Entry, PO Box 16197, Bridgeport, CT 06673-6197.

Grand Prize Free Dixie Products for a Year!
•Each month, we will mail a select package of Dixie products to the winners' doors. Winners will receive a variety of Dixie products including bath cups, plates, PerfecTouch cups and more – a $250 value.
•Five grand prize winners announced at the end of the Sweepstakes.
Prize Packs Family Dinner Prize Packs
•Choose from fun, themed prize packs – a $50 value – including: Luau Night, Film Fest, Game Night and Family Date Night.
•Three winners a week for seven weeks (27 total winners).
