ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, age of majority (age 21 in Mississippi, 19 in Alabama & Nebraska, 18 in all other states) or older as of January 14, 2013, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, Judge, NASCAR, Inc., Toyota Motor Sales USA, Inc. and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, agents and advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties").
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME & ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: You may participate in two ways:
(I) Online: Visit mms.com/us/racing (the "Website") and follow the on-screen instructions to register (or, if you have already registered, log in). If you are the first person to play the Instant Win Game ("Game") on or after the predetermined time and date for the most recent winning Game message made available on the Website, you will receive an on-screen message that says "CONGRATULATIONS!" and you win the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. Each time that you play, you automatically enter the Sweepstakes. Each play/entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person assigned the email address by the entity responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such person's email address. Each participant may use only one email address to participate and the same email address may not be used by more than one participant. If any participant uses more than one email address to participate or if more than one participant uses the same email address to participate, Sponsor (defined in Rule 9) reserves the right to disqualify all plays and entries associated with the participant(s) and email address(es) involved. ALL ONLINE PLAYS/ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON NOVEMBER 24, 2013.
(II) M&M'S® Brand SnapTag™:
(a) App: Use the SnapTag Reader (available for download to your mobile device in the iPhone App Store or Google Play or receive by texting APP to 95871) to scan the M&M'S® Brand SnapTag™ shown on specially-marked displays and follow the on-screen instructions to participate. If you are eligible and if you win a Game Prize, you will receive an on-screen message showing a 10-digit code ("Confirmation Code") and instructions for how to claim your Game Prize by visiting mms.com/us/wewinyouwin/smsredemption. Please retain the Confirmation Code until you have received your Game Prize.;
OR
(b) Email: Use the camera on your mobile device to take a photo of the M&M'S® Brand SnapTag™ shown on specially-marked displays and send an email containing your photo to [email protected]. You will receive an email requesting information to verify your eligibility. If you are eligible, you will receive a second email that tells you whether you won a Game Prize. If the second email indicates that you won a Game Prize, it also will contain a Conformation Code and instructions for how to claim your Game Prize by visiting mms.com/us/wewinyouwin/smsredemption. Please retain the email containing the Confirmation Code until you have received your Game Prize.;
OR
(c) Text Message: Use the camera on your mobile device to take a photo of the M&M'S® Brand SnapTag™ shown on specially-marked displays and text your photo to 95871. [Three (3) Sent Messages Required Per Play/Entry.] (To participate via text message, you must have a wireless mobile device that is capable of two-way SMS messaging through a participating mobile service provider. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out/stop receiving text messages, send "STOP", "QUIT", "CANCEL", "END" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to 95871. For help, send "HELP" to 95871.
To claim your instant win prize, visit mms.com/us/wewinyouwin/smsredemption and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your Confirmation Code and find out the prize you won. Each time you enter a Confirmation Code, you are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes Drawings.
Game-winning dates and times are randomly predetermined under the supervision of the Judge (identified in Rule 8). Sweepstakes winners are determined by the Judge as described in Rule 2 below. PLAY/ENTRY LIMIT: one (1) play/entry per email address per calendar day (ET), regardless of participation method.
PRIZES AND ODDS: SWEEPSTAKES Grand Prizes (five (5) total; one (1) per Drawing): each, a 2013 Model Year Toyota Camry (Model LE). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $22,600 each.
