Rules: This promotion is open to residents of the United States and Canada including all InjuryFree Inc. affiliates and partners who are age 18 and over. Anyone who has, or will have, interactions with an InjuryFree Inc. Employee Maintenance Center is encouraged to participate. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All local, state and province rules apply.
Entry is limited to one per person per household throughout the entire duration of the promotion (January 14, 2013 through Feb. 1, 2013 at 9 p.m.).
Contest entries must be written in English and must be no longer than 100 words, specifically addressing one individual's health and safety goals as they relate to a safe workplace. One sentence is acceptable.
ONE contest winner will be chosen at random from a list of all contest winners through the designated contest period. This one winner will be announced on the InjuryFree Inc. Facebook page first on February 4, 2013. The winner will then be notified via e-mail. The prize will be sent via standard U.S. Postal Service mail to the address provided by the winner. If no address is provided by the winner within two weeks of the announcement date, a runner up will be chosen and the first prize winner will forfeit his/her prize to the person who has provided their mailing address.
Following the contest, all entries will be the property of InjuryFree Inc. without limitation. Participation in this promotion implies that the contestant will abide by these rules along with the rules of WildfireApp.com.
