Sweepstakes starts on January 2, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 31, 2013 at 11:59 a.m. ET.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of New York and Florida), who are 18 years of age or older.

Limit one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email address per week throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated weekly limitation will be void. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a week is understood to begin on a Monday and end on a Sunday, except for the first week of the Sweepstakes which begins on a Tuesday.
GRAND PRIZES (40): A one (1) year supply of Biolage ExquisiteOil Shampoo, Conditioner and Replenishing Treatment (awarded as one time delivery) Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each one (1) year supply: $552.
FIRST PRIZES (200): A Biolage ExquisiteOil Shampoo, Conditioner and Replenishing Treatment (awarded as delivered by mail) ARV of each treatment: $22.
Total ARV of all prizes: $26,480.
