Each Entrant must be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Prizes (7):
• (5) Random Chocolate Winners – One winner a week for five weeks will receive a Three Chocolate Bar Set from Chuao Chocolatier ($18 value each) from January 21, 2013 and ending February 22, 2013. Weekly chocolate winners will be selected and notified on January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15 and February 22, 2013.
• (1) Grand Prize – The Grand Prize will be a year's supply of Chuao chocolates with a retail value of $300, plus the cost of shipping. Prize will be broken up into four shipments and sent each season of 2013. Winner will be announced on or about March 7, 2013. Grand prize must be claimed by April 7, 2013.
• (1) $250 blogger gift card- One eligible blogger will be chosen using a random number generator to receive a $250 Target gift card. Eligible bloggers will include bloggers who notify their readers of the Sponsor's Sweepstakes. The blogger chosen will be announced on or about March 7, 2013.
