1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on December 30, 2012 at 12:00
PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 1, 2013, at 11:59:59 PM ET
("Sweepstakes Period"). The Administrator's computer is the official clock of the
Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United
States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years of age as of the time of
entry. If an entrant is between 13 and 21 years old, then the entrant must have obtained
the permission of his/her parent/legal guardian to enter as the Prize will be awarded to
the Winner's parent/legal guardian if the Winner is less than 21 years old.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period there are two (2) ways to enter the
Sweepstakes: 2
A. Online: To enter the Sweepstakes online, an eligible entrant must logon on to
www.Purminerals.com/BeautifulCreatures (the "Website") and submit his/her
valid e-mail address. Entrant must then submit the registration information
requested by Sponsor including, but not limited to: Full Name (no initials), Street
Address (no P.O. Boxes allowed), City, State, ZIP Code, Phone Number, Date of
Birth and skin tone type. Once submitted, the entrant will receive one (1) entry
into the Sweepstakes.
Additionally, each entrant may receive one (1) additional entry into the
Sweepstakes by following the on-line instructions to share the Sweepstakes on
the entrant's Facebook Page. If an Entrant shares the Sweepstakes on both
Facebook, the Entrant will still receive only one (1) additional entry. Except for
receiving an additional entry into the Sweepstakes, sharing or not sharing on
Facebook will not have any other impact on an entrant's ability to win the Prize.
Limit one (1) additional entry per entrant for sharing the Sweepstakes. Sharing
the Sweepstakes must occur at time of Registration or entrant will not have the
opportunity to share at a later time.
B. Mail In: To receive two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes, an eligible entrant must
print by hand his/her Full Name (no initials), Street Address (no P.O. Boxes
allowed), City, State, ZIP Code, Phone Number, Date of Birth and e-mail address
on a 3-½" X 5" note card and mail it to: The Beautiful Trip to Hollywood
Sweepstakes, c/o Astral Brands, 3715 Northside Parkway, NW, Building 200,
Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30327. Entries must be postmarked by March 1, 2013 and
received by March 8, 2013. Entrants will receive two (2) entries into the
Sweepstakes through this method of entry. Entries must be handwritten.
Mechanical duplications will not be accepted.
C. Limit: Regardless of method of entry, the maximum number of entries that an
entrant may receive during the entire Sweepstakes Period is two (2) entries.
4. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: On or about March 15, 2013, Administrator will
randomly select one (1) Winner from among all eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period. The winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of
eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
5. PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"), AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. PRIZE (1): The one (1) Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for
two (2) – the Winner and one (1) "Guest" – to Hollywood, California (the "Trip").
The Trip includes round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) (the Winner and
Guest) from a major metropolitan airport near the Grand Prize Winner's home (as
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport
(LAX); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double
occupancy) in a hotel to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; round trip
hotel transfers while in Hollywood, California; a $475 pre-paid Gift Card for meals
while in Hollywood, California; spa treatments, as selected by Sponsor in its sole
discretion, for Winner and Guest; VIP tour for two (2) of Warner Bros. Studios; a
60 minute helicopter tour of the Southern California coast for two (2), as
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and two (2) travel collections of Pür 3
Minerals skin care and makeup (products selected by Sponsor in its sole
discretion).
Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth below. All Prizerelated travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor's authorized
designee. All travel must be booked prior to departure. Travel must be completed
by March 1, 2014
B. ARV: $4,425. The ARV will vary depending upon points of departure, destination
and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares and other Trip related
expenditures. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, the
Winner will not receive nor be awarded any difference in value.
