Bravo Play Live - WWHL Sweepstakes ~ 3/25/13

"Sweepstakes is scheduled to begin at 11:00 PM ET on January 22, 2013, during the live broadcast of Watch What Happens Live (the "Show") on Bravo and end on March 25, 2013 at 11:30 PM ET.

Open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

You may enter the Sweepstakes during any live broadcast of the Show throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The Show is scheduled to air from 11:00 PM ET to 11:30 PM ET every Sunday through Thursday of the Sweepstakes Period (each night's broadcast an "Entry Period"). Check your local listings for times and details for the Show. The Show dates subject to change.

There are three (3) ways to enter Sweepstakes during Sweepstakes Period:

1. Enter Online: To enter Sweepstakes online during the Show, visit www.bravotv.com/playlive (the "Website") and click on Sweepstakes Banner. Then follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your email address ("Online Entry").

2. Enter via the Bravo Now application (the "Application"): To enter Sweepstakes via the Application during the Show, download Application by visiting the iTunes store. Once you have the Application downloaded, access the Application and click on Sweepstakes Banner. Then follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your email address ("Application Entry").

3. Enter via mobile website: To enter Sweepstakes via the mobile website during the Show, visit www.bravotv.com/playlive using a web-enabled mobile device. Click on the Sweepstakes Banner. Then follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your email address ("Mobile Website Entry").

Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per Show during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) Prize awarded to Winner. Prize consists of a trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to New York, NY ("NYC") to attend a live taping of "Watch What Happens Live" scheduled to take place at 325 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10013 on a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion ("Event") and an opportunity to have a meet and greet with Andy Cohen ("Meet and Greet") scheduled to take place on the same date as Event (collectively, the "Trip"). The Trip includes:
1) round-trip coach-class airfare for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion) to a major airport in or near NYC ("NYC Airport");
2) hotel accommodations for Winner and Guest for three (3) nights (standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel in or near NYC;
3) round trip ground transportation between NYC Airport and hotel via standard car service; 4) two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to attend Event;
5) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest between hotel and Event; and
6) a signed copy of Andy Cohen's book, "Most Talkative."

Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence. Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of Prize is five thousand dollars ($5000). ERV of Event and Meet and Greet is zero dollars ($0).
