ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (19 in AL or NE) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Laguna Marriott Spa & Resort in Dana Point, CA . Grand Prize includes:
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest the winner's home within the continental U.S. to Orange County, CA,
• one (1) double occupancy executive suite for three (3) nights,
• winner's choice of either one (1) whale watching excursion for winner and one (1) guest OR one (1) dolphin safari for winner and one (1) guest,
• two (2) 60-minute OC Swedish massages (one each for winner and guest),
• two (2) 60 minute Spa Signature Facials (one each for winner and guest),
• unlimited yoga and fitness classes, and
• $1,000 spending money which can be used toward ground transportation.

If Grand Prize winner resides within 150 miles of Orange County, CA, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize valid between May 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013. Travel must be completed by September 30, 2013. Winner must book trip prior to arrival with the resort executive assistant. Availability of the Grand Prize is subject to occupancy at the Spa. The winner will be accommodated as close as possible to their requested dates as occupancy permits. Winner is encouraged to book far in advance to assure their preferred dates may be accommodated. The Grand Prize package is not available during a holiday, the day immediately prior to a holiday or the day after a holiday. Holidays include but are not limited to Memorial Day (May 27, 2013), Fourth of July (July 4, 2013) and Labor Day (September 2, 2013). Selection of airline, hotel and Spa activities are at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guest. Sponsor will specify travel dates and all travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Minor children may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor's parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Estimated retail value ("ERV"): up to $11,000 depending on winner's point of travel origin.
